All TonightOnly orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging. There is no indication of contents on the outside of the parcel, and the sender details are neutral.

Delivery times

• Major centres: 2–5 business days
• Outlying areas: 4–7 business days
• Express options available at checkout

Order tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Updates come from a neutral sender.

Returns

For hygiene and safety, intimate products that have been opened or used can't be returned. Unopened items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll make it right.
